700-HOUR CLIENT – AR 300

An individual who has been certified by Vocational Rehabilitation, as an individual with a disability.  These individuals may be placed on a certified hiring list as an option for interview.

ABANDONMENT – AR 740

The termination of review of any addressable grievance, at any level of the Inmate Grievance Procedure, resulting from the inmate’s failure to file a timely, proper or procedurally sufficient grievance.

ACADEMY COMMANDER – AR 902

The regional EDS staff members assigned as the coordinator/facilitator of the PST.

ACCOUNTING INQUIRY FORM – AR 201

The accounting inquiry form, DOC-544, is the form used by the inmate to resolve fiscal issues regarding the inmate’s account.

ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATION – AR 635

The direct, single dose application of a medication to the body of a patient whether by injection, ingestion, or any other means.

ADMINISTRATIVE INVESTIGATION – AR 340

A formalized process regarding a complaint of employee misconduct.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER OF THE DAY (AOD) – AR 113, 420

A designated administrator, who will be notified by the institution/facility of any unusual incident during off-duty hours, weekends, and holidays, facilitates communication and advises the institution/facility on-duty supervisors.

ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS COMMITTEE – AR 100

Department staff and representatives of the Office of the Attorney General designated to develop and write the Department's Administrative Regulations Manual.

ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS GATEKEEPER – AR 100

Designated Department staff that will be responsible for the finalization and distribution of the Administrative Regulations to the appropriate staff and other outside agencies.

ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS PROJECT COORDINATOR – AR 100

Designated Department staff that shall be responsible for managing and coordinating the development of the Administrative Regulations.

ADMINISTRATIVE SEGREGATION – AR 507

A form of separation from the general population imposed by the classification committee, when the continued presence of the inmate in the general population or protective segregation would pose a serious threat to life, property, self, staff or other inmates, or to the security or orderly operation of the institution.

ADMISSION – AR 504

The process of receiving a newly committed inmate into the custody of the Department.

ADULTERATED MAIL –

AR 750

Items of correspondence or publications that have an unknown substance on or in it.  Adulteration includes, but is not limited to, lipstick, stickers, white out, perfumes, and other unknown foreign substances. 

ADVISEMENT OF DEBTS OWING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS (DOC-540) –

AR 225

The notification to all inmates of the validity of debts owed by inmates to the Department of Corrections after release or parole.

AGENCY ISSUE – AR 328

Items purchased by the Department and utilized by the custody employee in the course of their duties.

AGGRAVATING/MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES – AR 343

Issues that the appointing authority considers, before recommending discipline, which may justify lesser or greater discipline for a particular offense.  Examples of aggravating circumstances include but are not limited to repeated violations, refusal to commit to change and damage to the Department’s image.  Examples of mitigating circumstances include but are not limited to admission of complicity, remorse, commitment to appropriate subsequent behavior.

AIDS (ACQUIRED IMMUNE DEFICIENCY SYNDROME) – AR 610

An inmate who has been exposed to the HIV virus and has progressed to stage 6 of the “Walter Reed Classification” criteria.

ALLOWABLE NATURAL ITEMS – AR 810

Natural items, including herbs, which the Department permits inmates to use during their worship.  See listing in Faith Group Overview.

AMBULATORY RESTRAINTS – AR 645

Soft wrist and leg restraints that are designed so that they allow the inmate to walk while restrained.

AMENDMENT – AR 212

A contract revising or changing the terms of the original contract.

APPLIANCE – AR 245

Medical device or product that augments a medical treatment or regimen that will be used by an individual for a specific disease or disorder.

APPLICANT – AR 349

For purposes of this regulation, a person submitting an application and being offered a position which has been designated as affecting public safety.

APPOINTING AUTHORITIES – AR 141, 223, 300, 306, 310, 311, 313, 316, 320, 322, 324, 330, 331, 338, 339, 340, 343, 346, 348, 349, 352, 740, 905, 908

Individuals to whom the Director has delegated authority to recommend and implement personnel actions.  Appointing authorities include Assistant Directors, Medical Director, Wardens, and Correctional Programs Division Administrator.

APPROVED COURSE OF FIRE – AR 908

A Weapons/Firearms course designed to provide instruction for trainees/student or qualify Department peace officers and designated employees for qualification/certification as established in NAC, Chapter 289 and approved by the Employee Development Manager.

APPROVED HERBS – AR 809

Sage, sweet grass, cedar, dosa root, tobacco and Kinnikinnick (inner layer of the red willow)

APPROVED INMATE – AR 814

An inmate who has been approved to participate in a religious diet.

AR GATEKEEPER – AR 104

Designated Department staff that will be responsible for the finalization and distribution of the Administrative Regulations to the appropriate staff and other outside agencies.

AR MANUALS – AR 100

Manuals maintained by appointing authorities and designees in which the Department’s Administrative Regulations are kept and can be referenced.

AR PROJECT COORDINATOR – AR 104

Designated Department staff who shall be responsible for managing and coordinating the development of the Administrative Regulations.

ASSESSMENT – AR 601

Appraisal of a medically related problem or condition.

ASSIGNED CUSTODY – AR 503

The custody given to the inmate by the institution or facility classification committee.

ASSISTANT DIRECTORS –

AR 306, 338, 340, 343

Positions specified as such in the State Department of Personnel Classification Plan, e.g. Operations, Correctional Industries, Support Services.

ASSOCIATE WARDEN –

AR 314, 340

An assistant administrative officer in charge of “Operations” or “Programs” within an institution of the Department.

AUTHORIZED AMOUNT –

AR 704

The minimum amount of state-issued clothing as approved by the Nevada Legislature in the budgetary process.

AUTOMATIC STOP ORDER – AR 635

A drug order is stopped after a predetermined time.

ATHLETIC AND RECREATION SPECIALIST – AR 830

The person whose primary responsibility is to provide a program of athletic and recreation activities for the inmates of the institution of which they are employed.

ATTACHMENT – AR 212

Supplemental information regarding a particular contract consisting primarily of the solicitation, scope of work, contractor’s response, negotiated response, if applicable, and the Department Security Regulations.

ATTORNEY’S REPRESENTATIVES – AR 722

Persons who are employed by an attorney to assist in legal matters.  Examples would include paralegals and private investigators.  Such individuals are entitled to the same client-attorney privileges as the attorney. 

AUTOMATIC STOP ORDER – AR 635

After a predetermined time, a drug order is stopped unless: (1) the order indicates a specific number of doses to be given; (2) an exact period of time for the administration of the drug is indicated; or (3) the attending physician reorders the drug.

BEDS IN EXCESS OF CAPACITY – AR 510

Those beds added to individual housing areas or facilities in excess of the emergency capacity threshold for temporary housing.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROBLEM – AR 643

A situational and/or personality problem that may benefit from mental health intervention, usually on an outpatient basis.

BOARD OF STATE PRISON COMMISSIONERS – AR 100

The State’s administrative board for the Department.  The board consists of the Governor, Attorney General, and Secretary of State.

BODY CAVITY SEARCH –

AR 492, 624

The physical inspection of any bodily orifice.

BRASS SLIP – AR 201, 245, 260, 815

The Inmate Account Transaction Request Form, DOC-509, by which inmates can access their individual trust account in the Prisoners Personal Property Fund (PPF).

CALENDAR DAY – AR 740

Each day of a calendar year.

CALL BACK PAY – AR 320

A full time classified employee must be paid 2 hours of call back pay at the rate of time and one half of their normal rate of pay if their employer calls them back to work during their scheduled time off without having notified them before the completion of their last normal working day.

CANTEEN INVENTORY CONTROL SYSTEM (CSIS) – AR 204

The computer software developed by Inmate Services for the overall operation of the Inmate Store/Coffee Shop.

CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR) –

AR 630

A means of resuscitation approved by the American Heart Association and/or the American Red Cross.

CASE REVIEW – AR 245

An analysis, upon request, of a complete medical record by qualified medical staff experienced in medical record review to make a determination of the nature and quality of care delivered to the patient.

CAUSES FOR CORRECTIVE/DISCIPLINARY ACTION – AR 339, 340

Any act of misconduct.

CAUSTIC MATERIAL – AR 443

A substance capable of destroying or causing a destruction of other material by chemical reaction.  (See OSHA Table C, attached.)

CENSORSHIP – AR 722

The suppression, deletion, or seizure of anything considered objectionable under this regulation.  Censorship may include, but is not limited to:

·        Deleting portions of a letter

·        Returning the letter either in its entirety or in part to the sender; and

·        Removing printing or pictures, adulterated mail or rendering any portion of the contents unintelligible.

CENTRAL CLASSIFICATION – AR 503, 506, 509

The term that describes the administrative function carried out by the Offender Management Administrator / designee including, but not limited to, final approval of certain specified classification actions.

CENTRAL FILE (C-FILE)

AR 560, 568, 569

A partial compilation of criminal records, documents, and records of correctional supervision maintained by the OMD for the purpose of sentence management, detainers, classification, and for use in management information and statistics.

CENTRAL MONITORING CASE (CMC) – AR 522

An inmate identified under provisions of this regulation who presents special needs for management while incarcerated.

CENTRAL MONITORING SYSTEM (CMS) – AR 522

The specific application within the Nevada Corrections Information System which documents separatee and Central Monitoring case data.

CERTIFICATION – AR 813

A determination made by members of the Psychological Review Panel that the offender does not represent a high risk to re-offend, based on currently accepted standards of assessment.

CERTIFICATION LIST –

AR 300

An authorized list issued by the State Department of Personnel for the purpose of hiring a qualified individual into a vacant position.

CERTIFICATION OF RECEIPT/POSTING OF OFFENDERS’ STORE FUND MONTHLY REPORTS FORM (DOC-014) – AR 225

The form that verifies when the posting of the Offender’s Store Fund Monthly Report occurred and the location of posting within the institution/facility for inmate access.

CERTIFIED COURSE (PST) – AR 902

A course of basic training presented by the Department and certified by the Executive Director of the Commission on Peace Officers’ Standards and Training to have met the minimum standards of training established by the Commission.

CERTIFIED STATUS – AR 902

Ensures compliance with or exemption from the employment qualifications and training requirements established by the Commission.

CHAIN OF CUSTODY FORM – AR 491

The document used to record the collection, storage and transport of an inmate specimen.

CHAPLAIN – AR 810

An ordained or credentialed person employed by the Department to provide religious programming and Faith Group services to inmates in the custody of the Department.

CHARGEABLE ITEM – AR 634

A prescription or medical device issued to an inmate that is not approved for exemption for which the inmate will be assessed a co-payment.

CHECK OUT CARDS – AR 308

A card used to indicate removal of a file from its assigned place in the Department Personnel Division.

CHIEF OF MEDICAL FISCAL SERVICES – AR 600

This position has overall fiscal responsibility for the Medical Division.

CHIEF OF NURSING SERVICES – AR 600

A registered nurse licensed in the State of Nevada, designated by the Medical Director to provide general supervision for all nurses and medical technicians.

CHRONIC CARE – AR 625

Health care provided to patients over a long period of time.

CLAIMS FOR MILEAGE –

AR 265

Standard mileage allowances for state business on the basis of official state highway map mileage between points traveled.


CLASS – AR 310, 316

A group of positions sufficiently similar with respect to their duties and responsibilities that the same title may be reasonably and fairly used to designate each position allocated to the class, substantially the same tests of fitness may be used, substantially the same minimum qualifications may be required and the same schedule of compensation may be applied with equity.

CLASSIFICATION – AR 503

A process for determining the needs and requirements of offenders for whom confinement has been ordered and for assigning them to housing units, programs and custody levels according to their needs and existing resources; and safety and security issues.

CLASSIFICATION PLAN –

AR 507

A plan to prepare inmates for release from administrative segregation and to direct them in appropriate programming.

CLASSIFIED SERVICE –

AR 310, 311, 316, 320, 343, 347

All positions in the public sector, which are not included in the unclassified service.  Refer to NRS 284.150.

CLERGY – AR 810

A person ordained or credentialed by a religious body to perform pastoral spiritual services for followers of a religious Faith Group.

CO-PAY ASSESSMENT –

AR 634

Assessed charges for medication or medical care that is imposed by NRS 209.246.

CODE OF ETHICS – AR 109

A set of rules describing acceptable standards of conduct for all employees.

COMBINED DNA INDEXING SYSTEM (CODIS) – AR 641

A DNA indexing system operated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

COMBUSTIBLE LIQUID –

AR 443

A substance with a flash point at or above 100 degrees Fahrenheit as classified in OSHA, Table C.

COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE- AR 141

Software purchased in the community to meet generic business needs (such as for a word processing or creating spreadsheets), as opposed to software developed by an organization’s information technology staff or by contract to meet an organization’s unique requirements.

COMMUNAL ITEMS BOX –

AR 810

A box maintained in the chapel or other assigned religious area, in which are kept the approved items for group worship.

COMMUNICABLE DISEASE – AR 614

A disease that may be transmitted directly or indirectly from one individual to another.

COMMUNITY ASSIGNMENT – AR 614

Any work or housing assignment, which is outside of the security perimeter of an institution, is considered a community contact area.  This includes, but is not limited to:  conservation camps, restitution centers, work release, and outside government work.

COMPLAINANT – AR 340

The individual person that reports an allegation of misconduct to the Department regarding any of its employees.

COMPLAINT – AR 343

Any anonymous, identified or third-party allegation, complaint, or grievance regarding employee misconduct or poor performance.

COMPLAINT CATEGORIES – AR 340, 343

Complaints are classified into one of three categories defined as follows:

·        Category 1

Ø   Illegal conduct.

Ø   Unauthorized or excessive use of force, abuse of authority, neglect of duty, violation of rights, or workplace violence.

Ø   Insubordination or dishonesty.

Ø   Conduct that compromises or has the potential to compromise an employee’s ability to perform their duties or to provide service impartially.

Ø   Discriminatory or harassing conduct, comments, remarks or behavior.

Ø   Significant noncompliance, failure to comply, or disregard of Federal, State, or Departmental guidelines, policies, procedures, recognized agreements, rules, regulations, or directives.

Ø   Serious breaches of security.

·        Category 2

Ø   Making discourteous, disparaging, or improper remarks or the spreading of malicious rumors that are disruptive to the Department, its staff and employees.

Ø   Minor noncompliance or failure to comply or disregard of Federal State, or Department guidelines, policies, procedures, recognized agreements, rules, regulations or directives.

Ø   Allegation of poor or less than standard performance involving misconduct that may or may not require an interview, an investigation, or gathering and securing evidence that when completed may result in corrective or disciplinary action up to and including termination or the filing of criminal charges.

Ø   Conduct that is unbecoming or discredits the Department.

§         Category 3

Ø   Noncompliance, failure, or disregard of Department guidelines, policies, procedures, recognized agreements, rules or directives that do not rise to the level of a Category 1 or 2 complaint.

Ø   Conduct that may tend to reflect unfavorably upon the employee or the Department.

Ø   Any allegation that does not rise to the level.

COMPLAINT CLASSIFICATION – AR 340, 343

The evaluation and placement of complaints into one of three categories to ensure investigation at the appropriate level.

COMPLAINT UNIT SUPERVISOR – AR 268

Staff member designated by the Inspector General to investigate report and process all claims pertaining to department vehicles and state property.

COMPUTED CUSTODY –

AR 123, 503

The objective custody level dictated by a numerical score given to selected case factors relevant to the classification process and calculated through the Objective Classification Instrument.  The computed custody is determined when an inmate falls within a specified score range or when a specific limitation exclusion is entered.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION – AR 568, 569

Any information classified as confidential by the Department under the authority of statute and case law and is kept secret from the inmate or all other unauthorized persons, agencies or entities.  Confidential information is not limited to medical and mental health information and includes, information that if disclosed would (3-4095):

·        Endanger the health and/or safety of the subject or other persons;

·        Endanger the security of any Department facility;

·        Disclose personal information pertaining to a person other than the inmate when the information would not reasonably be a part of the inmate’s knowledge or experience;

·        Impede an investigation or prevent the Department from accomplishing its statutory purpose and function in criminal, civil, or administrative matters; and

·        Provide information required by statute to be withheld from the individual to whom it pertains.

CONFIDENTIAL REGULATION – AR 100

Any regulation designated as “confidential” by the Director of the Department and therefore has only limited access to specific outside agencies and personnel.

CONFISCATED CASH – AR 258

Any unauthorized cash found on an inmate incarcerated in the Nevada Department of Corrections.

CONTINUOUS CYCLE COUNTS – AR 204

The procedure of the counts performed by the retail storekeeper as specified in the Cyclic Physical Inventory Procedure defined below.

CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT – AR 601

A process by which health care issues are identified and resolved through objective and systematic monitoring.

CONTRABAND – AR 711, 722

·        Any item or article not authorized by departmental regulations, or in excess of the maximum quantity permitted, or which is received or obtained from an unauthorized source is contraband. 

·        Any item or article of property that poses a serious threat to the security of an institution and ordinarily never approved for possession or admission into the institution, and any item or article which may be, or has been authorized for possession at one time, but now is prohibited for possession due to health, fire or safety concerns.

·        Any authorized property that has been altered.

CONTRACT MONITOR –

AR 212

A designated department employee with the responsibility to document all aspects of contract compliance in accordance with NRS Chapter 333, NAC Chapter 333, and SAM Chapter 300.

CONTRACT SERVICE PROVIDER – AR 352, 740

A private person or organization that agrees to furnish materials or to perform services for the Department or any of its institutions at a specified price.  A contract service provider is subject to all applicable rules and regulations of the Department.

CONTRACT SUMMARY –

AR 212

A form prescribed by the Board of Examiners to provide an accurate description of the contract document.

CONTRACTOR – AR 142

An individual or company who provides services or goods to the Department under a contract.

CONTRACTS – AR 212

The document used to enter into a legal arrangement with outside entities for services and/or supplies including Interlocal and Cooperative Agreements.

CONTROL NUMBER – AR 265

Tracking/authorization number issued for approved travel expenses.

CONTROL TERMINAL AGENCY (CTA) – AR 139

The state agency, designated by the NCIC advisory policy board, which ahs responsibility over all users of the state NCIC users.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE – AR 635

Narcotics, psychotropics, and/or prescription pain medications.

CONVALESCENT CARE –

AR 625

Health care provided to patient recovering from illness or injury.

COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS – AR 212

An agreement between two or more public agencies for the “joint exercise of powers, privileges and authority,” including, but not limited to law enforcement.

COPYRIGHT – AR 141, 142

A set of specific rights to content use, manipulation, and distribution that the federal law grants content creators.  Software is considered content.

CORONER – AR 420

A public officer whose chief duty is to determine by inquest the cause of death not obviously due to natural causes.

CORRECTIONAL CASE RECORDS MANAGER (CCRM) – AR 560, 564

The employee responsible for the maintenance of records pertaining to the convictions, sentences, and time credit records of all inmates in the custody of the Department.

CORRECTIONAL EMPLOYEE/ OFFICER BASIC TRAINING PROGRAM – AR 604

The Department’s 320-hour certified Correctional Employee/Officer Basic Training Academy for the Department’s peace officers.

CORRECTIVE ACTION –

AR 343

Verbal counseling, written counseling, special evaluations or letters of instruction.

COUNCIL LEADER – AR 809

Three inmates chosen by the Native American participants to represent them.  Their names must be registered with the Associate Warden of Programs (AWP) or/and Associate Warden of Operations (AWO) and Chaplain.

COUNSEL-SUBSTITUTES –

AR 722

Inmates approved, via the classification process, to assist other inmates as authorized by regulation. 

COURT DETAIL OFFICER – AR 431

An officer who escorts an inmate from the institution to court and return.

CRIMINAL CONDUCT – AR 708

Behavior that is in violation of any local, state, federal statute.

CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORDS INFORMATION (CHRI) – AR 560

These records contain data collected by criminal justice agencies on adult individuals, consisting of a description and notations of arrests, detentions, formal criminal charges, and dispositions.

CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION – AR 340

A formalized process regarding a complaint of employee misconduct that alleges a violation of law.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION – AR 139

Information collected by criminal justice agencies that is needed for the performance of their legally authorized, required functions.  With specific regard to the Department of Corrections it would include information on Wanted Persons, and documented Criminal History.

CRITERIA – AR 601

Predetermined objective elements of patient care used to measure extent, value, or quality.

CRITICAL/TRAUMATIC INCIDENT – AR 154

A situation in which one feels victimized or overwhelmed by a sense of vulnerability and/or lack of control, with possible physical, psychological, and/or emotional consequences.  Examples of critical/traumatic incidents include, but are not limited to, the following:

·        Physical assault;

·        Sexual assault;

·        Death of a staff member, volunteer or close work associate, or inmate;

·        Psychological assault or death threat;

·        Threats of serious bodily injury or death;

·        Hostage or riot situations;

·        Witnessing of a suicide or an attempted suicide of a staff member, volunteer, close work associate or inmate;

·        Exposure to a potentially life-threatening disease; and

·        Natural disaster or fire.

CUSTODY – AR 504, 521

The level of supervision and control exercised over individual inmates for their management within the Department.

CUSTODY EXCLUSIONS –     AR 506, 509

Case factors documented in sections C and D of objective classification instruments, which exclude an inmate from reduced custody levels, which documents the reasons for not assigning the computed custody level.

CYCLIC PHYSICAL INVENTORY PROCEDURE – AR 204

A continuous procedure performed by the retail storekeeper, whereby a portion of the inventory items are counted and corrected each week.  The schedule is such that all items at a location will be completely counted twice a year, in addition to the complete annual physical inventory count.

DAILY DEPARTMENTAL COUNT SHEET – AR 570

A summary of the movement reported by each institution, facility, and the Central Statistician, computed by the Nevada Corrections Information Systems (NCIS).

DAILY MOVEMENT SHEET – AR 570

A document produced by each institution and facility and the Network Specialist, reporting specific inmate movement which occurred during the previous 24 hours.  This document records important changes in an inmate’s status and provides the Department with the means to conduct a daily reconciliation of the count.

DATING RELATIONSHIP –

AR 346

A relationship between a supervisor and an employee who is in the direct line of authority of the supervisor that involves or may reasonably lead to a consensual amorous or sexual relationship.  This does not include business lunches or other platonic associations.

DANGEROUS MATERIALS – AR 443

Any materials or a substance that poses a hazard to employees or employee.

DEBRIEFING – AR 154, 645

A meeting immediately following a critical/traumatic incident with employees who were directly affected by an incident, in order to provide information and assess any need for further mental health services.

DELIVERING/DISTRIBUTION MEDICATION – AR 635

To furnish packaged prescriptions, which have been dispensed by the Departmental Pharmacist, to a patient for self-administration.  These may not be opened or repackaged by other personnel.

DEMOTION – AR 343

Any movement of a permanent employee to a class having a lower grade than the class previously held.

DENTAL ASSISTANT – AR 631

A person who assists the dentist in routine and emergency procedures in all areas of dental care including diagnostic, preventative, restorative and oral surgery.

DENTAL PROSTHETICS –

AR 631

A manmade device needed to provide mastication.

DENTAL PROSTHETICS TECHNICIAN – AR 631

A person, who fabricates, assembles and repairs dental prosthetics such as dentures and partial dentures.

DEPARTMENT CHARGE ACCOUNT – AR 258, 722

DISCIPLINARY ACTION –

AR 343

The action imposed by the Department for failure to follow the rules, regulations, policies, procedures or orders.  The forms of disciplinary action are:  (1) dismissal, (2) demotion, (3) suspension without pay, and (4) written reprimand.

DISCLOSE – AR 568, 569

To reveal, release, transmit, transfer, disseminate, or otherwise make accessible or communicate all or any part of any record orally, in writing, electronically, or by any other means to the data subject or any other person, agency, or entity by the Department.

DUI PROGRAM – (305 PROGRAM) – AR 523

A two phase DUI Offender Alcohol Treatment Program offered to minimum custody male and female inmates within the Department at designated facilities; the second phase is a residential confinement program, for qualifying inmates, which is supervised by the Division of Parole and Probation.

The Department Equal Opportunity Officer as designated by the Director.  The EEO and Professional Development Officer is the designated Custodian of Records for EEO, Employee Development Division.

A designated housing area within a Department institution which provides an intermediate, transitional, or chronic level of mental health services to inmates who do not require inpatient care, but need more care and supervision than that provided for general population inmates.

Failure to perform duties described in work performance standards or as assigned by the Warden/Division Head.
