The Warm Springs Correctional Center (WSCC), Northern Nevada Restitution Center (NNRC) and the Silver Springs Conservation Camp (SSCC), together make up a Tri-Facility Organization which is administered by Stefanie Humphrey, the Warden of WSCC. The Associate Warden’s of Operations and Programs at WSCC assist the Warden in administering the three facilities. Local supervision of the restitution Center is provided by a Center Manager.

The Northern Nevada Restitution Center is located at 2595 East Second Street in Reno, Nevada. It is staffed with one Restitution Center Manager, one Sergeant, two Caseworkers, one Accounting Specialist, five Officers and one Maintenance staff.

NNRC is a community based facility housing approximately ninety-five male inmates that meet stringent classification standards including a requirement that they have no history of violent or sex related crimes and that they be within one year of probable parole release or expiration. This program offers an opportunity for inmates to establish employment in the community to better prepare themselves for release, address court ordered fees/fines and meet restitution obligations. It is the goal of the Department that inmates who complete this program be prepared for reintegration into society and gain skills necessary to remain successful. NNRC provides the surrounding community and its employers with a viable and motivated pool of hard working employees.
